Mrs. C. Natasha Small is a Finance Executive with over twenty years experience 

  • As Group Chief Financial Officer of Goddard Enterprises Limited, a position she has held since 2008 (16 years)

  • She is known for her strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills while motivating others to high levels of engagement. She is credited as being very goal-oriented, results driven, focused and a voice of reason. 

  • Her overall responsibilities span over 60 operational entities in Barbados, the Caribbean and Latin and South America 

  • She is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom) having graduated in 2000 first place overall in Barbados and 59th in the world.

  • She also holds a B. Sc. In Accounting with First Class Honours from the University of the West Indies as well as an Associate degree in Law and Accounts from the Barbados Community College.

  • Natasha has also presented at many seminars on Financial Wellness and Managing Personal Finances across Barbados.

Mrs. C. Natasha Small is a Finance Executive with over twenty years experience. As Group Chief Financial Officer of Goddard Enterprises Limited, a position she has held since 2008, Natasha has played an integral role in the growth and success of the company. She is very passionate about what she does and is known for her strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills while motivating others to high levels of engagement. She is credited as being very goal-oriented, results driven, focused and a voice of reason. Her experience includes acquisitions, divestments, financial planning and analysis and debt restructuring and arranging.

As Group CFO, she is responsible for the development and execution of the Group’s Finance strategy, ensuring that adequate resources are available to accomplish the Group’s business objectives, planning and coordinating the Group’s investing and financing activities and managing the Corporate Finance and accounting functions.

Mrs. Small’s overall responsibilities span over 60 operational entities in Barbados, the Caribbean and Latin and South America and across various sectors including the Manufacturing, Automobile, Building Supplies, Catering, Ground Handling, Shipping, Food and Consumer Goods and Insurance industries.

She sits on several Boards within the Goddard Group including Hipac Limited, McBride Limited, Purity Bakeries and Goddard Shipping in Barbados, Coreas Limited in St. Vincent, M&C Limited in St. Lucia, Ecuakao Group Limited in Ecuador and Caribbean Distribution Partners Limited in Trinidad. She is also Chairperson for the Automotive, Shipping and Services Internal Boards of the group.

Prior to joining the Goddard Group, she worked at Ernst & Young as an auditor. She has a passion for teaching and taught Financial Accounting and Cost and Management Accounting at the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill Campus) part-time for 12 consecutive years from 1998 until 2010.Mrs. Small has also presented at many seminars on Financial Wellness and Managing Personal Finances across Barbados.

Mrs. Small is currently a member of the Cave Hill School of Business Board, Family Heartbeat International Board and was previously an Independent Director of the Barbados Private Sector Association. She also sits on the board of some state-owned enterprises and currently chairs the Audit Committee of Sagicor General. She was a previous director of Globe Finance and Barbados Community College.

She is married to Harcourt Small and is the proud mother of a 13-year-old daughter, Sahara Small who attends her alma mater, Queens College.
