Born and raised in Guyana and Barbados, Dr. Oneeka Williams, Positivity Catalyst, MD, is a Harvard-trained surgeon, award-winning author, and global educator. She uses the power of story to cultivate science and health literacy, build resilience, and unlock the limitless potential in every learner.
Sherrie Lynn Lilley
Sherrie is a dynamic and charismatic speaker who presents motivational and keynote speaking on topics ranging from Overcoming Adversity to becoming your Extraordinary Self.
Lynda Woolford-Richards
Lynda Woolford-Richards is a researcher, trainer, and social development practitioner committed to nurturing people's leadership, resilience, and purposeful growth. Her work bridges research and transformative practice, helping individuals and communities move from survival to flourishing. Through collaborations with government and non-governmental organizations, Lynda designs interventions that turn insight into action and adversity into opportunity. At Inspire Leadership Solutions Group, she has led programs supporting at-risk young women, youth, and incarcerated individuals, including the Inspire Prison Program, which integrates whole-life coaching and psychoeducation to inspire lasting change. A mother and lifelong learner, Lynda believes that when women are given the right conditions, they don’t just survive, they bloom.
