Egi’s Bloom Together 2026 Makes Headlines And Moves The Conversation Forward

Bloom Together: Next Level did more than bring women together, it reinforced a bigger shift.

Across three incredible days, hundreds of women from Barbados, Bermuda, Jamaica and the USA stepped into a space designed not just for inspiration, but for access, action and advancement. From candid conversations on mentorship to moments of reflection and connection, the weekend placed women’s growth, wellbeing and opportunity firmly at the centre.

Aligned with the theme for International Women’s Day 2026, “Give To Gain”, the call went out for stronger support systems, intentional sisterhood and leadership that is both accessible and impactful. Egi’s Women’s Day Weekend was a powerful reminder that when women are equipped and supported, the ripple effects extend far beyond the room.

But beyond the conversations, the weekend signalled something deeper: a growing demand for spaces where women can be honest about what they need, while also being equipped with the tools and networks to move forward. It reflected a shift from inspiration alone to real pathways for growth where mentorship, access and community are no longer optional but essential.
